Shipment options
We ship internationally and locally in the UAE.
Depending on order amount, either a courier service will be utilized (for small orders) or conventional airport-to-airport shipping for bigger orders.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and invoiced separately after order assembly.

Here are the estimates for courier shipping:

• Local deliveries – min. 35 AED courier charge or self-collection
• International and GCC countries – min. AED 100, as per current courier rates depending on destination

Delivery charges for airport-to-airport deliveries will be provided ad hoc.

Delivery estimates

• International and GCC countries – 7-10 days
• Local – 4 days

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
